Photos: Miley Cyrus Lights Up Joint During 2013 MTV EMA's Acceptance Speech

Just when you thought she was keeping it clean, Miley Cyrus pulled another shocking move during Sunday evening's (November 10) 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards. Fully embracing Amsterdam's weed culture, the 20-year-old pulled what looked to be a joint out of her Chanel handbag and lit up on the Ziggo Dome stage. During her acceptance speech for Best Video (for her tune "Wrecking Ball"), Miley said to the audience, "I couldn't fit the award in my bag. But I could fit this." She then pulled out a rolled up cigarette and puffed in front of the stunned audience.
