The tension is heating up between Lil Wayne and his godfather and record label boss, Birdman.
Just weeks ago, Lil Wayne put Birdman and Cashmoney on blast on Twitter for delaying the release of his new album “Carter V“. According to TMZ, a source close to the rapper revealed that weezy is thinking of taking legal action against the label to leave on his own terms.
Lil Wayne has not been on speaking terms with Birdman due to the label delaying his new album while Birdman maintains that more work needs to be done.
