Children of a Senior Special Adviser to the Edo State Governor, who were kidnapped 10 days ago, have been rescued.
The children, aged 3 – 7 were freed from their abductors by the Department of State Security in Edo State in the early hours of Friday morning.
The twin girl and boy aged 7, and their younger brother who is 3 years old are children of Gani Audu, an SSA to the Edo State Governor.
They were abducted on the afternoon of May 6, 2014 on their way from school.
Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.
