DOROVIBES crew caught up with 9ice on Twitter, where a discussion started with ID Cabasa and DOROVIBES,so we got him to spill the bean on what is going on with him and what he has to say to his fans. DOROVIBES: You dropped double album few months ago, how are they doing in the market? 9ice - They are doing great in the market, my fans accepted the album with opened arms. Now we working on the video. We shot one in London recently, and we are about to shoot another in South Africa “Boluwatile”. DOROVIBES: When should we expect a new video to drop? 9ice: By the end of this month. DOROVIBES: Which is your favourite between C.N.N Or G.R.A ? 9ice - Both- I don’t have a preference. I love both of the albums passionately. HDOROVIBES: There was this rumour on the internet that you are going into politics, we want you to set the record straight; Is Alapomeji going into Politics any time soon? 9ice: There is nothing like Alapomeji is going into politics, it’s Alexander Ajifolajifaola. If I get into politics tomorrow, Alapomeji goes beyond me. DOROVIBES: On one of your recent albums, we noticed you spoke a strange language on one of the tracks that sounds like Cherubim prayer, how come you know that? 9ice - I was once a member of Cherubim and Seraphim church DOROVIBES: Is ID Cabasa producing your next album? 9ice - I will not want to let the cat out of the bag yet, so let us keep our fingers crossed about that. DOROVIBES: What is the relationship like between you and Ruggedman right now? 9ice: I don’t know. 9ice is 9ice and Ruggedman is Rugged Man DOROVIBES: Are you getting married again anytime soon? 9ice: I love that question, I’m definitely going to get married soon, it could be anytime. It could be next month, 2 years or 5 years time. I still strongly believe in love because love is a good thing. It good for every man to find love, and get married again. DOROVIBES: What happened between you and one of the popular bloggers, who said things about you and you got all ticked off. 9ice: There is no beef really. It’s all about getting the industry right. If you want to put a song on the internet, put it on the internet with a price. I think it was just a misunderstanding. DOROVIBES: A lot of people now say that 9ice is not on top of his game anymore because he doesn’t have a party track, what do you have to say about that? 9ice: There are loads, and loads of party tracks already so why do I need to make another party track? It’s all about recording a good song which doesn’t necessarily need to be a party track. I’m saying I now do what I feel I should do because I am an artist that write songs based on how I feel. Maybe chasing party tracks works for other artists, but for me I do according to how I am been inspired.
