Singer Asa In Relationship With A Foreign Man

Bukola Elemide Asa aged 32 is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and one of the most popular new-generation artiste to emerge from Africa. She released her sophomore album, ‘Beautiful Imperfection’ last year to immense critical acclaim. The Paris-based artiste is renowned for her fusion of contemporary Jazz sound, pop and reggae with traditional Yoruba melodies.

 Asa in an interview with the Midday Show with Toolz, spoke to host Toolz Oniru about her inspiration for her last album, Bed Of Roses The Amazing singer revealed that, in the course of writing, she had to drive a long distance of 18 hours from Nashville to New York because she “wanted to feel loved.”

 She also revealed that she has found  love and the long distance drive wasn’t wasted, and that the new man was the inspiration behind her How Did Love Find Me song She also gave hint as to the lucky man’s identity but it was rather brief. 

She said that her new man was not a Nigerian, that was all she was going to reveal about him for now Congratulations
