When the Grammys shed light on the horrors of domestic violence via Public Service Announcement, it was an awkward moment for Chris Brown, who famously assaulted Rihanna six years prior. Although, Cameras never panned to the ‘New Flame’ singer during President Obama’s speech,  we have learned how he feels about the announcement, According to reports.

Meanwhile, Chris Brown and Rihanna were both inside the Staples Center on Feb. 9 when President Barack Obama came on the screen with a message about why it’s important to speak up if you are a victim of domestic violence.

It is to be recalled that 6 years before the 57th annual Grammy Awards, Chris famously beat up the “Stay” singer, this made PSA moment was very intense. However, And Chris’ reaction to the message is quite surprising.

According to the “Loyal” singer, “I definitely thought the message was important and I hope everyone took note of it, He added that ‘’the constant reminders are certainly a good thing because it helps to protect women and I hope it will prevent men from acting out irrationally.

Obviously, Chris knows violence of any kind is not the answer and respects the Grammys and thinks they did a nice job bringing awareness to domestic violence into the program.
